TRADITIONAL RENTAL PROGRAM
Negotiate your best deal on rent and term and you’re in business.
REVENUE SPLIT RENTAL PROGRAM
With Operators that have a demonstrated history of excellence in their field, we will consider operating with them under our Revenue Split Program. Our Program operates under the following basic terms and conditions:

In the Revenue Split Program, the rent becomes a variable expense, taking away the risk associated with a large, fixed monthly rent and will be calculated as follows
OPERATING ACCOUNTS
All gross income will flow through a stand-alone account managed by the landlord. On a regular basis, all operating funds, net of the above rent, will be electronically swept to the operating account maintained and managed by tenant.
MINIMUM QUARTERLY GROSS INCOME
A minimum quarterly gross income will be established between landlord and tenant representing that level of sales that both mutually agree must be maintained.
PARTIAL FUNDING
Under this Program, arrangements can be made for the partial funding for certain food and beverage-related activities including funding needed for restaurant alterations, liquor permits and equipment.
