Branded Space Account Executive positions are currently available at the E.V. Bishoff Company.
The E.V. Bishoff Company is one of the most creative real estate owners in the country and has developed office leasing programs that are targeted to very specific industries and office requirements.   A Branded Space is an office suite that is located within one of our many Branded Spaces  (go to  http://www.evbco.com/InstantOffices.html ).  What is a Branded Space Account Executive? The Branded Space Account Executive is an Account Executive that focuses their efforts on marketing and leasing our Branded Spaces.  Their duties include:

1. Prospecting
2. Cold Calling
3. Direct mail
4. Maintaining their web presence
5. Document preparation
6. Closings
7. Client Relations
8. Renewals
9. Marketing
10. Special projects as requested

As a Branded Space Account Executive, you will work on all of our Branded Spaces (go to  http://www.evbco.com/InstantOffices.html ).  You will be shown how to leverage the Internet and print advertising to maximize incoming calls and how to market your Branded Spaces to the end user. The Branded Space Account Executive is an entry level position with us and therefore income potential of the Branded Space AE is not equivalent to an Account Executive,  nor are our expectations at the same level.    A Branded Space AE is expected to close deals that drive no less than $1500-$2000 in new revenue per month to our Company. The salary starts at between $25,000 - $30,000.00 per year, plus a bonus of $5,000 in the event that revenue goals are met.  Naturally, benefits include medical and 401K.
