CITY MANAGER - Columbus/Cleveland

The City Manager manages all day to day operations in multiple properties including office buildings and retail centers; supervises all Building Mangers, Carpenters, HVAC techs and Sub Contractors.  Strong customer service, personnel and task management skills, and scheduling abilities as well as maintenance operations management are a must. The ideal candidate is well organized and able to follow up to ensure mission accomplished.

Must be skilled in the use of the Microsoft Office suite. Must have a strong aptitude for problem solving, analytical abilities, financial reporting, budgetary skills and contract administration.  Project management background and a proven track record are essential.  This position reports directly to the President. Five years of hands on experience in management, preferably in real estate and/or a military background is required.  Salary range is $55-$75,000 along with single health coverage and 401(k) plan.

CARPENTER - Pittsburgh

BRANDED SPACE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a dynamic & professional customer service driven Account Executive to join our sales team in an entry level position leasing office space.  Only energetic, goal oriented people with excellent communication skills and positive attitudes need apply.   $25,000 annually with full benefit package. 

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

We prefer that you have no less then 5 years of sales experience, and preferably real estate leasing  experience.   You need to be organized, results oriented,  smart and love to make a deal. 

Your working day will consist largely of managing your Book of Business to insure the highest level of customer satisfaction possible and to expand and renew existing clients, working a pre-described territory and meeting quotas by signing deals for new business.

Compensation to our Account Executives is in three general areas: residual on every rent dollar paid by their clients in their Book of Business; commission on every new and renewed lease; bonus structure when specified targets are met.
