The Superior Building Data Center is a bunker which provides Meet Me rooms, call center space, printing/litigation support spaces, colocation space, data center space and cross connects in a completely neutral environment.
As a result of our elimination of the middle man, our Data Center space is leased at a discount of 30-50% when compared to our competitor's. On site hvac technicians, and local management ensure that only the highest quality data center environment is maintained.
Our Call Center space, Printing/Litigation Support and Hospital Support Space is generator supported, giving it the highest level of redundancy
available anywhere.
We are pleased to offer a newly designed Revenue Split Program. In the Revenue Split Program, the rent becomes a variable expense, taking away the risk associated with a large, fixed monthly rent and will be calculated as follows
OPERATING ACCOUNTS
All gross income will flow through a stand-alone account managed by the landlord. On a regular basis, all operating funds, net of the above rent, will be electronically swept to the operating account maintained and managed by tenant.
MINIMUM QUARTERLY GROSS INCOME
A minimum quarterly gross income will be established between landlord and tenant representing that level of sales that both mutually agree must be maintained.
