Labs are mission critical. Why place your lab in “office space”?

At the E.V. Bishoff Company we have developed the premier location for labs in southwestern Pennsylvania…think of it as a bunker.  Think of it as a secured environment with the infrastructure that you need to insure that your lab work will not be interrupted.  Work 9-5 or 24/7.

 Located in the Tech Center at 322 Fourth Avenue between PPG and the Grant Street Corridor, the Tech Center Lab Works! accommodates labs starting at approximately 1,000 square feet in size and larger. If your lab requires more than 1,000 square feet of floor space, this is the place for you.  If your lab requires a smaller footprint, visit our Park Building Lab Works!

There are three (3) parking spaces provided in the lot next door for those labs that take at least one floor in the Tech Center! So, tell me again what's holding you back?
