Where to Mail Rent

Your monthly rent should be sent to the appropriate Post Office Box as noted on Page 1 of your Lease. To ensure its timely receipt and to avoid any late fee penalties, please be sure to allow sufficient time for postal delivery. A good rule of thumb is allow 7 to 10 business days in advance of the due date.

Bringing your rent check to your local Management Office can create a delay in the posting of your payment. It is best to mail your payment directly to the appropriate address listed below. The Payee of your check should be the property name listed in all capital letters and not E.V. Bishoff Company.
