Q. What is my rent? What is the term? What does the rent include? Are utilities included in the rent?

A. You should refer to your Lease Agreement for this information. If you are still unsure, you should contact your Account Executive.

 

Q. Do you do credit checks?

A. Yes, credit checks are done early in the leasing process.

 

Q. Do you have parking?

A. Yes. Please refer to the Parking section of the Customer Center.

 

Q. Do I have 24 hour access to my office?

Yes

 

Q. What number do I call in case of an emergency?

A. You should call the 24-hour maintenance emergency hotline at 877-274-1095

 

Q. Why don't we issue a monthly bill?

A. We do not issue monthly bills for rent in order to keep administrative costs down for our tenants.

 

Q. What is a key fob?

A. The key fob is a s plastic device that acts as a keyless entry into the building.

 

Who do I make my check out to?

A. Please refer to the "Where do I mail my rent" section of the Customer Center.

 

Q. Do you have a referral policy?

A. Yes. Please see the Referral Section of the Customer Center.

 

Q. Where are your Corporate offices?

A. Our corporate office is located in Columbus, Ohio.

 

Q. Who do I call if I have an accounting problem?

A. Contact your local Office Manager and you will be directed to the appropriate person.

 

Q. How do I get an extra key?

A. Contact your local Office Manager.

 

Q. Do you have conference rooms available and, if so, how do I schedule the use of one?

A. Contact your local Office Manager and she will be able to reserve the room for you.

 

Q. What is business insurance and where do I get it? What is business interruption insurance?

A. Business insurance protects and covers your personal and business belongings stored in your suite. Business interruption insurance guards against loss of revenue due to power outages, equipment failure, etc... Contact your personal insurance broker for more information.

 

Q. Why are the Closed Circuit TV screens facing the lobby?

A. These are security devices to guard and monitor tenants and visitors to the property.

 

What if I grow out of my space before my lease is up? Do I have to wait until the end of my present lease to renew?

A. Contact your Account Executive to inquire about additional space.

 

Q. How fast can I get an office?

A. It depends on your office needs and requirements. An Account Executive will be able to specifically address this issue with you.

 

Q. What's the difference between Shared Office Space (SOS) and conventional office space?

A. Shared office space is geared towards the tenant that does not require a lot of space and wants a presence in the downtown area. This is perfect for individual operators with few employees. Conventional office space is designed for businesses with several employees requiring multiple offices within the suite.

 

Q. Do I need to schedule the arrival of telephone repairment/installers, computer cablers, etc.?

A. Yes. Please contact your local Office Manager so that the appropriate arrangements can be coordinated with our maintenance personnel.

 

Q. Do I need to use of the freight elevator to move bulky items and do I need to schedule its use?

A. Yes, the freight elevators are used exclusive for larger items. Whether or not this needs to be scheduled with the office depends on which building you are a tenant in. Please contact your local Office Manager for assistance.
