Increase in Electric Power Coming to Audubon Park Office Center
Recognizing the benefit of having the most power of any office building its size, E.V. Bishoff Company recently contracted with AEP to more then double the power at the Audubon Park Office Center to 4,400AMPS with infrastructure in place to take it to 6,800 amps. The increase gives the Audubon Park Office Center the most electrical power of any large downtown Columbus office building.

“We are seeing an influx of companies that are in the need of power that simply can not be found in a traditional office environment,” David Bishoff, president E.V. Bishoff Company said. “With this investment, we have the power that is needed.”
The Audubon Park Office Center currently houses PATH Robotics, Willow Works and will be welcoming on the first of the year Vertical Adventures Indoor Rock Climbing.
Located in the center of the award-winning Scioto Audubon Metro Park, the office center offers over 300 outdoor parking spaces and newly completed 150 space indoor parking all in a single floor environment that drives an unparalleled efficiency and drives office costs down.
Park amenities nearby include walking, jogging and cycling trails, a dog park, boat launch and Ohio’s largest public rock-climbing wall all of which creates the single best office location in Central Ohio.
