Service Description

All Freight Elevators and the use thereof is governed by the following policy. 1. No Freight Elevator maybe utilized without the assistance of Building Management. 2. All Freight Elevator usage must be scheduled no less then 48 hours in advance with Building Management. 3. Freight Elevator usage carries with it a charge of $20.00 per quarter hour. This time commences when the elevator is brought to the floor at the request of the tenant. 4. No charge shall be made for Freight Elevator use to assist new tenants relocating into the building. All other charges shall apply unless the same is waived in writing by Management.
