Validation of your customer parking has never been easier. At the 12th Street Garage you can purchase Validation Stamp Booklets that contain stamps that you simply peel off and place on the parking ticket of your customer. Each stamp validates their parking for one hour. Give your customer one stamp or give them five stamps, it is up to you. Validation Stamp Booklets of 50 stamps can be purchased by hitting the link below and are currently priced at $150 for each booklet of 50 (50 hours). Use them in a month or in a year, it is up to you. When you are out of stamps, notify our office and we will see that a replacement book is forwarded to you OR you can set up your office to be on an automatic replenishment program that will provide for our automatically forwarding to you additional Validation Stamp Booklets so that you are never out! Early Bird Special

If you are going to be in by 10 a.m. and stay all day and you do not need in and out privileges, then the Early Bird Special is for you! At most parking garages you are burdened with carrying a mountain of change or a bunch of crinkled dollar bills so every single day you can pay for the Early Bird Special. At the 12th Street Garage, we have made it simple by creating the Early Bird stamp booklet. Each stamp in the booklet pays for one Early Bird day, a $4 value. Keep the booklet in your car and on your way out, apply one stamp to your garage ticket and that is all you need to do. If you enter the garage AFTER 10 a.m., don't worry, even though you are not an Early Bird, you can still use your Early Bird Stamps to pay for your parking. Each booklet priced at $80 contains 20 Early Bird stickers. Purchase as many Booklets as you like or simply sign up for our automatic replenishment system.

We are also offering a Bakers Dozen Special as part of our Early Bird Program. When you buy 12 booklets in at one time, you will receive the 13th booklet FREE! Communicate with our Account Executive the date and time of your event. Place on your website and all of your event-specific collateral information the location and directions to our garage. On the day of your event, we will keep track of the number of your members/patrons that actually park in our garage and we will rebate to you 20% of the net income that is generated from your event. The greater the number of your event patrons that park with us, the larger your cut of the proceeds will be! It truly creates a partnership between your Association and our company and as a result of that partnership, we believe everyone wins! So don't take parking for granted and certainly don't expect your members to simply find their own. Direct them to us and share in the profits.
