We do so, not as a 3rd party Broker, but simply as a neighboring property owner. Allow us to do the same for you.
The Corporate Neighbors Program that we have is entirely based on the belief that only a portion of the staff of large Corporate America needs or should be placed in a class A environment, with the balance being placed in class B. By jumping into our Corporate Neighbor’s Program we can, in effect, become your facility manager and support all of the non-client facing divisions of the Corporation. Divisions such as HR, Recruiting, AP, AR, Accounting, Marketing all gain no benefit from being in Class A office space and equally important the Corporation and its customers and shareholders gain no benefit from their being located in Class A space either.
Our outright guarantee is that we will save your Company between $150,000- 200,000 a year for every 10,000 s.f. that you strip out of your Class A environment and allow us to house for you.
