Freight Elevator Policy

You may not utilize a Freight Elevator without the assistance of the Building Manager and must schedule at least 48 hours in advance.

- Normal business hours: $20 per quarter hour (no charge for new tenants)
- After business hours: $30 per quarter hour
- Immediate: $40 per quarter hour

  • Investment Building

    8 hr

    $20 per quarter hour

  • Diamond Building

    8 hr

    $20 per quarter hour
