Purchase of 30 Merchant Street Creates One of Cincinnati’s Most Prestigious Office Campuses
Cincinnati, OH – January 20, 2026
Established in 1965, E.V. Bishoff Company, proudly announces the acquisition of the 125,000-square-foot 30 Merchant Street Building in Cincinnati, Ohio. This purchase follows the company’s acquisition of the 38 building Triangle Park Campus located in Sharonville at the intersection of I-275/I-75 and its recent acquisition of the historic Shakely Building, later renamed Princeton Hill, solidifying E.V. Bishoff Company’s ownership and control of the entire top of Princeton Hill.
With this acquisition in place, immediate improvements are planned including a site redesign connecting both properties to create an office campus through the installation of a magnificent common area oval connecting the two properties. Allowing occupants of each building to utilize the amenities of the other, this transformation will establish what E.V. Bishoff Company believes will be one of the most impressive office campuses in all of Cincinnati, providing locations for large single floor Corporate tenants preferring to be on single 40,000 s.f. floors to those business’ needing a more modest amount of space.
