E.V. Bishoff Company Introduces Move Forward Plan to Help Small Businesses

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to wreak havoc across the United States local small businesses continue to wonder what the future holds. Will they come back? Will they be strong? Will once regular patrons continue to walk through the doors?
To drive business back to these companies once the stay-at-home orders are lifted, commercial real estate firm E.V. Bishoff Company has created the Move Forward Program creating an economic adrenaline shot in the arm to local dining establishments, salons and barbers.
What Does the Program Entail?
With the Move Forward Program, E.V. Bishoff Company will pay for the meals, haircuts and beauty treatments of its tenants. These complimentary services can only be redeemed at E.V. Bishoff Company’s participating retail tenants.
In the coming weeks, E.V. Bishoff Company will be distributing special cards identifying individuals as current tenants. The cardholder will be encouraged to immediately get out of their offices, or homes and support our local retailers.
“We want to see our downtown and suburban retail and restaurant businesses return to normal as quickly as possible,” David Bishoff, president of E.V. Bishoff Company said. “We do this by encouraging our tenants to return to their normal buying activities as quickly as possible. If it costs us some money to help get this wheel spinning again, then so be it.
“We all need to band together, and I want our office tenants to pour into our retailer’s stores. I want our retailers to come back stronger than ever.”
How long does the Move Forward Program Last?
The program is designed to last for 14 days from the time Ohio Governor Mike DeWine rescinds the current shelter in place order. If the order is lifted May 1 then the expiration date is anticipated to be May 15.
