When organically searching for office space you see the wording on Google all the time - "Fully Furnished Office Suites." But what does it mean? What exactly is included in the office space you are looking to rent. Here are five things you need to expect when you rent a fully furnished office space.

1. Furniture

Basic and most important item. If you are renting a fully furnished office space then furniture is the most basic inclusion. Make sure the furniture is in good condition and your landlord is offering a full warranty on the furniture. Also, be sure to take pictures of the furniture's condition and include them in your lease packet so you are not charged when you move out.

2. Internet

If you are renting a fully furnished suite then you can expect to have some form of internet included in your package. At the very least a good WiFi connection.

3. Decorations

Fully furnished offices should be ripe with various office decorations. And not from the 1970's either. The decorations should be modern and accent the office space you are renting.

4. Telephones

Suites advertised as fully furnished should include a basic VOIP phone for you to get your business running from day one.

5. Conference Rooms with A/V Equipment

No fully furnished suite is complete without access to a conference room with A/V equipment ready to use.

When search for the perfect fully-furnished office suite be sure that furniture, internet, decor, phones and advanced conference rooms are included in the package. If not then you are not getting what you paid for and you are not in a fully furnished office suite.
