Event Pricing for Our Wedding Space for Rent
These prices do not include holidays. Please contact our office for holiday pricing.
Event Space Rental

$2,500 per evening for Friday and Saturday events

$1,500 per day for Sunday through Thursday events

Catering and Bar Fee
All approved catering operations and bartenders are welcome. if no beverage or food served, minimum will not apply.

If catering is provided – A 15% fee, based on the gross value of all catering, shall be paid by the catering company to The Vault (minimum fee of $1,000)

If a bar is included – A 25% fee shall be paid to the The Vault (minimum fee of $1,000)
Deposit and Payments
A 50% deposit, along with the catering and bar minimum fee, is required to reserve the wedding venue space. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the event. Any additional fees for catering and bar services are due within five days after the event.

The items listed below are what’s included with your wedding venue rental, unless otherwise specified.
We want to make your planning process as simple as possible. When you rent The Vault, you’ll have access to a variety of amenities and event essentials designed to enhance your experience and reduce the need for outside rentals.
Time
Includes dedicated time for setup, the event itself, and post-event cleanup:

5 hours for setup

5 hours for the event
-
12 hours for cleanup
Additional hours may be purchased at $300 per hour (bar service priced separately).
Tables
Includes a variety of tables to accommodate your layout and guest needs:

72-inch round tables

8-foot and 6-foot rectangular tables

Tall cocktail tables
-
48-inch round tables
Chairs
Includes 200 white padded wood chairs for guest seating. Additional chairs are available for an added fee if your event requires more than 200 seats.
Decor
Includes upscale decorative lighting and decorative trees to enhance the atmosphere.
