The Audubon Park Office Center served as the location of the Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company for many years after its development. While owned by the A&P Tea Co., the building received its grocery shipments via railroad due to a lack interstate highways. Today the rail spur still remains in the Audubon and is being used as the means of getting into the covered attached garage.
