E.V. Bishoff Company Completes New Indoor Parking Garage in Downtown Columbus

COLUMBUS, Ohio – E.V. Bishoff Company has completed work on a 150 car parking garage in downtown Columbus close to German Village. The garage is part of the company’s Audubon Park Office Center, a 200,000SF building that is home to a number of innovative and fast growing companies that . The indoor garage is climate controlled and will feature 150 indoor parking spots.
“We are excited to open this new parking garage to the city of Columbus,” David Bishoff, President E.V. Bishoff Company said. “The new garage will offer safe and secured parking inside the Scioto Audubon Metro Park.”
The Audubon Park Office Center project began in 1993 with the purchase of the former Federated Department Stores Building on the Scioto Peninsula. When Columbus Metro Parks determined the Peninsula would be the location for their award winning urban park the decision was made to convert the former distribution facility into a world class office destination.
“In addition to servicing the needs of office clients, the garage offers parking for downtown, German Village and Brewery District residents to park any additional cars they own,” Bishoff said. “The garage also offers state, federal and local government entities as well as large downtown corporations a place to store their vehicle fleets at a discounted rate.”
Pricing starts at $100 per month andE.V. Bishoff Company offers a way for companies and neighboring residents to save money on the monthly cost by joining the Audubon Garage Affinity Program. This program reduces the monthly parking pass cost based on the amount of passes purchased.
